Heirloom is a in-store shop and workshop where older women with needlework expeirence can sign up to become a "Loomer". Each paid needlework project is assigned based on skill set whether it be knitting, sewing, or crocheting. When someone buys a product in-store they will recieve a how-to-kit based on what they bought. For example, if they bought a knitted sweater they will recieve the how-to-knit kit. This concept connects generations and passes down wisdom.
